Swim School

Ages 3+ · Foundational water safety and comfort

Level 1: Starfish (White)

Entry Criteria: No previous experience required.

Level 2: Puffer Fish (Red)

Entry Criteria: Comfortable with submersions and assisted floating.

Level 3: Seahorse (Blue)

Entry Criteria: Can jump in and float on their back unassisted for 5 seconds.

Level 4: Sea Turtle (Green)

Entry Criteria: Can swim 10m/30ft using a swim-roll-swim method.

Stroke School

Competitive stroke technique & physical fitness

Level 1: Sharks (White)

Entry Criteria: Completed Swim School Level 4 or can swim 50m/yd continuously.

Level 2: Seals (Red)

Entry Criteria: Can swim 25m/yd of technically correct Freestyle and Backstroke.

Level 3: Jellyfish (Blue)

Entry Criteria: Comfortable with basic Butterfly undulation and resting strokes.

Level 4: Stingrays (Green)

Entry Criteria: Can swim 25m/yd of all four competitive strokes.
