Absence & Refund Policy
We do not automatically issue refunds for missed sessions.
If our staff was present and ready to teach, refunds are rarely issued.
If you did not attend at all, you may qualify for a credit toward a future session — coordinators review each report and will reach out if a credit applies.
Reporting your absence helps us plan staffing and keeps your spot active.
